TEHRAN – An Iranian MP says in the face of the International Atomic Energy Agency’s unprofessional and politically motivated approach toward Iran’s nuclear program there is a possibility that Tehran decides to quit the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. Esmail Kosari said that the Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Committee is studying a plan intended to review Iran’s cooperation with the IAEA and will announce its decision on the matter after coming to it.
Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani said on November 13 that the parliament deems it necessary to revise Iran’s cooperation with the IAEA.
